Registration Application for 4v4 Players:
(96K PDF File) 4v4 applicants can complete this form online, print two copies, sign both copies and bring to registration along with PROOF OF RESIDENCY (see note above on "Acceptable Documentation") and payment ($50 per player). Any player who did not play in the Fall 2009 season will also be required to present a birth certificate or passport. Please note that players DO NOT need to be Orange residents to play.
